REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024 SPRING SEASON IS NOW CLOSED
The Registration "Bantam Registration" is not currently available.
Required for Registration (Grades 1-12)
- A valid USA Lacrosse number.
- Medical information for your player(s) including: Doctor's contact info, insurance provider and policy information.
- All required waivers and releases for all grades will be signed online.

Cancellation Policy For All Registrations
Please note: Player fees are refundable up until the time that practices or tryouts commence. Eligible refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After the date practices or tryouts commence, no refunds will be issued, even for injuries or grade issues during the season.
