• Medical information for your player(s) including: Doctor's contact info, insurance provider and policy information.
• All required waivers and releases for all grades will be signed online.

Varsity Gold = $3,250
Varsity Blue = $3,250 + (Spring Training Cost to Orlando)

ALL PLAYOFF TRAVEL COSTS WILL BE PASSED ONTO THE PLAYERS AND COLLECTED AROUND THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Please note: Player fees are refundable up until the time that practices or tryouts commence. Eligible refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. After the date practices or tryouts commence, no refunds will be issued, even for injuries or grade issues during the season.
