This summer several of our (7/8) Highland Park Youth players were named as 2013 Brine National All-Stars and selected to represent Texas at the 2013 Brine National All-Star Lacrosse Academy and Brine National Lacrosse Classic held in Boyds, Maryland on June 30-July 3, 2013.

The team represented the state extremely well with making the tournament playoffs by going 3-1 in pool play and had an impressive win over New Jersey. Team Texas was lead by Coach Ryan Danehy, Offensive Coordinator at the University of Michigan. Players representing Texas from our program were Parker Alexander, Paxton Alexander, Camden Clark, Gabe Galbraith, John House, Cole Jackson, Scully Jenevein, Jack Kozmetsky, Blake Pettle, Cade Saustad, Jackson Smoot, Will Stern, and Conner Stone.

Each year the Brine National All-Star Lacrosse Academy brings the top middle school lacrosse players in the country to one venue, where regional teams will compete to become the 2013 National Champion where regional teams are coached by NCAA lacrosse coaches.
